kinda hard to say dude. no one can say that a break WILL be good at any piticular time. my advise to u is to plan your surf trip, but dont make any permenant bookings. then as the time gets closer, check the whether maps and all the swell forecasts and then decide whether u want to go or not. that only if your after some real swell tho. otherwise just book and come up :)

Yeah Yeeeeee'w right mate, hard to tell, could be alltime banks at the time, could be a sick low off the coast, but then again there could be the all too common NE onshore winds and blue bottles that fuck surf around that time of year (nov). That is why the quicky pro is held march/april here at the goldy as its the most consistent year in year out for good point waves. Your call, you never know with mother nature do ya?

we were down at the island when woolami had 3-3.5m swells comin through was major big an scary hehe but the biggest we surfed was around 2m or so on the reefs wooli is a beach break that can be a real bitch when over 2m strong currents and big close outs always gets the biggest surf on the island.have a look at www.triggerbros.com.au and follow the link to the daily pic of wooli

3-3.5m i was told it was like 6m. 3.5m is still massa but i guess some1 was being a bit of a brisso (sorry guys, figure of speech :):))

northathegoldy,
people tend to sterotype brisso's as over egadurate (i cant spell) the size of the surf. not saying they all do, but some brisso's have been known to talk up the size of the waves they have just been surfing.
