Any t-shirt printing place. Usually found in shopping centers.

well
it all depends on the logo.
if its a 2 color print..
most places will have a setup fee for screens $80-$100
and then $30 per color so thats $60.
it also depends if its wool, cotton, polycotton, etc.
cotton is the easiest to print on and polyester/polycotton is the hardest.
however if its just one or two items some places will print whatever you want for around $40, there are none of these on the gold coast however they shutdown last year and they were based in australia fair in southport.
oh and if ur printing black onto white they need an underlay of white which counts as an extra colour so that would be 3 colors not 2.
theyre might be some in brisbane that do random prints like that im not sure.
last but not least its always possible to do it your self for under $20.. google 'dyi screenprinting' they actually come out quite well.

make ure own screen. make a decent sized frame and a good sized sheet of wood that fits in ure frame comfortably. (but plastic or stiff rubber works alot better.get the screen silk from a art shop. and make sure u staple the silk tight to ure frame other wise it will turn out dodgy and dont be afraid to use alot of staples and hold it super tight. u can get cheap paints from the warehouse just make sure there for fabrics. and wen the fabric paint is dry iron over it. also with ure stencil make sure ure printing the stencil and not the outside of the stencil aswell. make the stencil fool proof by sticking paper/cardboard around ure stencil. and make sure ure shirt is flat and tight.pin it down on a polystyrone sheet. And use alot of paint. but u do need alot because alot of it will go to waste.

Back in the day as a brighted eyed year 8 we made our own screen printed teeshirts from stencils that we cut out ourselves. nearly half the class chose coolio as the stencil of choice lol. I think I did a dragon or something that was 'tearing' out of the shirt.
Screen printing sounds ok until you realise that the end product will look shithouse.

will give you some ideas probly the cheapest way to get an alright looking print takes a bit of practice though. Unless you want to spend $60+ for a professional. Just take some OHP plastic sheets from school they make great stencils and last for a while as well if you look after them.
cheers
