How good does this place get? I love it, i mean ya never hear about it for reasons i'm sure the locals are glad. I've had some good days there at main and frenchies. Anyone else had sesh's to talk about at the island?

yeah ive had some good days at main. it gets a few heavy ones there when it gets swell. i dont go there very much but if we have a swell moving north, i sometimes go over there when our's drops over night and hopefully catch a bit more of it over there. not a bad island tho. ive had some fun days at cylnder on the back wash there. later

North Straddie is awesome, haven't been over for a while but last time i went scored some fun waves at frenchies.....

I'm not trying to be a smart arse but can you guys clarify something for me. If boogers stand up on their boards, why not just take up surfing?

if u notice that guy isent standing up on his board. if you dont konw, thats a stance called drop knee. to control the board when you are riding drop knee is fucken hard. preticually if u are riding back side. i do surf but body board more often, i also snowboard wakeboard and kite surf. out of all those things i still havent found a stance that is harder to ride than back side DK.
