The recent pictures of the tow ins have been awesome, does anybody know anyone that actually does it, if so do they enjoy it more than just paddling on. Does the guy on the jet ski ever get cleaned up, i would imagine it could get pretty messy if it was stuffed up.
booya, the pictures and the footage this last week have been a pleasure to watch, thanks alot.

i towed in on the 26th of march down at snapper/greenmount/kirra (sweep was so strong so i was pretty much at all 3 beaches). the guy on the jet ski was really cool, i just asked and he goes, yeh sure, and so i grabbed the rope and there i went.

i'm a booger by the way not a surfer, but none the less i got towed in.

ive towed in at the bombie a few times and also at burls. and no the guy on the jet ski hardly ever gets cleaned up ONLY if he knows the break and what he is doing. me and my best mate tow in together and when u do this, u take it in turns. so im towing him in for 50% of the time. towing in at the bombie is harder to surf but easy to drive for, because its there is nuthing in front of u that u have to watch out for. you can just out run it on the jet ski if a massive bomb comes through and not have to turn for rocks or a point or anything. but yeah just my 2c. later
