a case of bad timing

can't beleive it! i'm spewin'..............will have to be content to wait for the sat morning sesh.

Embarked on a bit of a mission trip this morning from bris, arriving at burlz by 5:30......it was a sad sight at the time. Dbah had a few nice frames... I was out there representing the kooks - and putting them to shame without a doubt!

all day spent in the office in briso looking at the rising swell on the plots and some fairly rippable lines.........appreciate it fellas!!!

fingers crossed it holds up for the weekend warriors.

Dropping swell ... but surely there will be a wave around tomorrow morning (Sat). Beachy closeouts are better than nothing.

After a 2 hour monster session at Sunshine Beach a week ago (ending with severe pain) the doctor has informed me that i have busted my ear drum and will be out of action for a few weeks:cry:

don't you hate it when you check a nice offshore peak, suit up and paddle out and it turns onshore straight away. Or you paddle out and are the first one out on a bank and then a carload or 2 see you and all paddle out and sit right next to you. or you paddle out to really nice waves and it gets really full and you can,t catch anything.

is this a case of bad timing or just a case of bad luck?

I'm sitting at my desk today looking rather pathetic. I turned 30 on Sunday and thought I'd start the day with a surf at Alexandria Bay (Noosa). So anyway, I immediately get washed into the rocks and I lose my skin from head to toe.
