Let me re-invent the situation, seeing as Snapper is obviously a bad example (I simply used it, because if I said this spots name - most of you would have just scratched your heads). You're surfing a break which is a K and a half out to sea (like paddling across the seaway about 4 or 5 times), so the crew have used the ski to get out there - and I paddled out, remember when people used to paddle the seaway? And yes, this place it does make a MASSIVE difference as to how deep you can get. Now - would you take the offer?
