Head to the most super exposed south facing beach you can find and you should find something to grovel in, in the peaky 1-2ft class, perhaps more 2fters by the afternoon. Quality will be quite low due to the low period nature of the peaky windswell.

SE winds wont do these locations any favours by about mid morning mind you.
