Ok.. I just noticed there are predictions for another round of swell later this week....

I have a couple of questions....

1. Will ALL the secret spots be working for this one??
2. If so .. name em.. :)

Nah seriously... Which day is looking the goods at this stage... Friday.. Sat.. or Sun or Monday.....

Yeah Bill I checked it out earlier today. Every wave was barrelling stupidly and most guys were getting shacked off their head. One of the most perfect sessions I've seen at Burlz in a long long time. Well worth subscribing for just to see that footage hey Bill.

Nah seriously... Which day is looking the goods at this stage... Friday.. Sat.. or Sun or Monday.....All depends on where you want to shoot Georgey. Cause whilst the swells up on Friday, so is the wind, whereas the wind drops throughout the weekend but so does the swell.

Tell me what you're chasing Georgey and I'll tell ya my opinion on which day/s I reckon are gonna be the goods.

its a big S swell so goodluck finding something fun on the gold coastI have to agree with SBL here Georgey. If ya can spare it, head south my friend. Will still have to tuck into the protected corners to get some cleaner conditions (unless you're hitting it super early when we could see SW landbreezes dominating) but south of Byron will be smoking Friday and Saturday for sure.

OK, here's my opinion in brief.

If ya just wanna hang around the Goldy then I'd be leaving it til say Saturday arvo or Sunday when the swell should swing more SE as that Tasman low moves eastwards throughout late Friday/early Saturday. Winds will be from the S/SE as the weekend progresses, but should be light enough by Sunday morning to allow the SW landbreezes to kick in. Dbah should be very nice on Sunday morning me thinks.

If ya heading south then I'd be hitting it up Friday when the S groundswell peaks, and the winds are more SW/SSW, albeit strong.

That's pretty much it in a nutshell really.

had poxy work saturday AND sunday (had to nurse a wicked hangover aswell since a couple of drinks turned into a 6am blinder) unpaid overtime. So no surf for me over the weekend. Then last night I had to stay back missing the arv sesh, fuck this place.

All this shit weather, inconsistant surf and boring mates is amping me to move back east. should be there in january I is thinking. cant wait for hot weather, warm water and loose chicks!
