Heat draw for asp event

Anyone know where I can get the heat draw for this next event, They got numbers in the heats are they the tour positions of the surfers?

i think that's the seeds, rather than their current rankings? sorry i have no idea where to get the heat draws. they used to have them on the ASP site for each comp, but these days I can never find anything in that confusing mess...
