Well, the only thing that comes to mind that even closley represents a shipwreak is the wreak at Byron Bay...Is this correct?

nah nah shipwrecks is a spot just off Bali. it was hell crowded when we surfed it but eventually got a few late arvo- evening seshs to ourselves. thats the good thing about bali is it glasses off in the arvo

Shipwrecks is on another Island off Bali - Nusa Lembongan. That does look damn crowded too. Its got 3 main breaks (Lacerations, Playgrounds and Shipwrecks) so there isn't a lot of variety to spread the crowds, as Playgrounds, as the name suggests is kind of a playful mushy left reef, lacerations is a super quick and super shallow right reef, and somewhere in between is Shipwrecks. It can be flat at low tide then a couple of hours later 4 ft and reeling. One of the funnest waves I've ever surfed I reckon (when the crowds are manageable anyway).
